The Board of Directors encourages shareholders to voice their concerns about or suggestions for the Park—whatever they may be—through the Letter of Concern process. Submitting a concern as soon as its arises can prevent a small misunderstanding from developing into a major problem. Letters of Concern are reviewed by the Shareholder Liaison and shared with the Board to determine the appropriate action to take. The Shareholder Liaison will then communicate, in confidentiality, recommended action to the appropriate parties.

Download the Letter of Concern form. Then print, seal your form in an envelope, and place it in the suggestion box in the Gatehouse.
