COVID-19 Precautions for Renters

The Minnesota Airstream Park has been working diligently to prepare the Park for the 2020 season in light of the coronavirus pandemic. Our first priority is the health and safety of our shareholders, employees, visitors, and renters. We want your stay to be safe and enjoyable. Here’s what you can expect when you visit the Park this summer.

Physical Distancing

  • Physical distancing measures will be in place throughout the Park. Signage will remind you of physical distancing requirements.
  • Office staff will limit the number of people in the Gatehouse to one at a time to ensure physical distancing can be maintained. We request that, as much as possible, communication take place with the office staff through the Gatehouse window.
  • Reservations for rentals are required. As a renter, you will be asked to pay for your stay in advance via credit card over the phone to reduce any in-person transactions.

Facility Availability and Hygiene

  • Public buildings throughout the Park, including the Clubhouse, swimming pool, and pool house, are open with restrictions. Please observe the posted guidelines at each facility.
    • While the public restrooms and showers in the Pool House are open, please use your own facilities as much as possible.
  • The golf course is open.
  • Facilities are undergoing routine cleaning and sanitization per CDC-recommended guidelines.

Shareholder, Employee, and Guest Requirements

  • Hand hygiene. Please wash or sanitize your hands immediately upon entering any Hand-sanitizer dispensers (that use sanitizers of greater than 60% alcohol) are at entrances and locations in the building.
  • Respiratory hygiene. Remember to cover your mouth and nose with your sleeve or a tissue when coughing or sneezing, and to avoid touching your face. Dispose of tissues in provided trash receptacles, and wash or sanitize your hands immediately afterward.
  • Masks. Face coverings are not required throughout the Park, but are recommended in instances where physical distancing of six feet cannot be required.
  • Symptoms. If you have had COVID-19 within past 14 days, or if you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 (including fever, cough, shortness of breath, chills, headache, muscle pain, sore throat, or loss of taste or smell), please do not enter the Park.
